Theese are just messages to remind you to have set bank selct bits properly.
MPASM can not tell wether you have or not.
This is a default-newbie-errorlevel setting

Theese messages can easily be suppressed by the line:
       errorlevel      -302 ;no bank warnings

The same to suppress program bank crossing messages:
errorlevel      -306 ;no Crossing page boundary warnings

This is a warning and not an error. The assembler can't know what bank you
are in so it warns you to make sure you have set things up properly.
