Seems like we quite often get "How do I translate between a 16C84
program and a 16C55" type questions.

Has anyone put a web page together with this sort of information?

I'm doing a project on 3 16F84's (talking together via I2C for now)
that's sorta complex, I'm tempted to try to throw it all onto one 16C66
later - just for the fun of it <G>  But instead of asking for one
specific questions' answer, thought occurs to me to try to put something
systematic about this into a PICs FAQ, to make things easier in the
future.  (We're using the F84's as they're same cost for 3 as one
C66/JW, so far cheaper than getting 3 C66/JW's.  And, development time's
going to be quicker for fast bug fixes etc. <G>)  Production could be
cheaper with one C66 OTP part, though, obviously.

As we get the newer flash parts, I foresee yet more questions of this
very sort.  So offering a thought, flame away folks <G>

Sure!  Good starting point (I've read that one), just how to go all
the other ways we can go.  I might work on it for the Mini-FAQ which
will soon grow into the Ravening Faq That Never Got Finished at this
rate <G>
