Hi,
In my quest for the "perfect" ICE, Softaid tells me that they:
"No, we are no longer supporting the PIC, since we're unable to get full
speed bondout chips from Microchip."

Comments anyone?

Thanks,

Mortage your house, wife & kids, then buy a PICMaster. You'd
be able to buy them back quickly. Penny wise and pound foolish
is not funny if you spend this kind of money.

Microchip had better get off their rear and make that full-speed bondout or
they just might lose another costomer too!  I for one am sick and tired of
having to "guess" what my system will do at 10Mhz faster than my emulator
will run....  And even at that speed it locks up repeatedly and is
unreliable.  I'm seriously considering moving to a processor that has
decent development tools!

Hi,
Is a bondout an adapter that goes between the emulator and a circuit board
???  Forgive my ignorance.
Thanks,
Martin
