'Sleep Mode Current'

I'm using a PIC16C715 at 5V, 4 MHz, WDT enabled.  According to the specs,
in sleep mode I should be drawing a max of about 30 uA.  Instead, I'm
seeing about 320 uA.  What might I be doing that would cause it to draw
that much current?

Thanks.  Mark Peterson

Mark have you left any input pins floating?

Is the brown-out reset disabled?  On the 16F877 (I don't
have the C715 data sheet), it's spec'ed at 200uA max.

Also, have you disabled the PortB pull-ups?

Any external pull-ups that you haven't accounted for?
