The decals for those parts are just standard IC packages, but I made
libraries for the schematic package(PADs-logic). Maybe that's what you need.

I figured out how to save them separately from my regular library(thanks to
Bob Segrest for being my beta tester). I'll put them at:

Let me know if they do what you need.
