Sorry for being off-toPIC, but the recent thread about converting
PCB files has reminded me. Does anyone know where I might
be able to get a spec. for the HPGL plotter language from? I've
browsed the web, but to my surprise haven't found anything.

I'm writing a HP-GL to GP-GL converter program for a friend and
want to check what some of the HPGL commands put out by
MS-Windows are supposed to be doing.

Please address any replies to me personnaly, rather than the list.

       Thanks a lot

Hi Jon,

I believe HP-GL is documented quite thoroughly in the HP7586B plotter
reference manual - so Hewlett Packard hopefully would have this on an
FTP site - somewhere ?

Rgds
