Anyone intesested in programming PICs in high level FORTH should check
out http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/ramtech/ for info.
FORTH produces very compact fast code which can be tested incrementally
on the actual hardware without programming the PIC device itself until
the code is debugged, by means of an ICEPIC device plugged into the PIC
socket and connected to a PC. The ICEPIC fetches the code from files on
the PC and runs it on the hardware as if it were running from the PIC
device itself.
The company is located in the UK. I have no association with Ramtech --
I just thought some PIC users might find this information useful.

I like how they call them HIGH LEVEL languages, as if they were better.  :)
and I guess the ASM guys are LOW LEVEL, like the crud on your shoe, right?
Just kidding, by the way.
