I thought I had seen a message from Andy Warren stating that
there was a digest version of this list.

Any more info on this?

50 emails a day is getting to be to much but I want to stay
with the list.

Send the message

SET PICLIST DIGESTS to the listserver (.....listservKILLspamspam@spam@mitvma.mit.edu)

To get info on other commands, send the message INFO REFCARD
to the same address.  Leave subject field blank.

Cheers

James:

To switch your PICLIST subscription from "one message at a time"
format to "digest" format, send a message to:

   .....listservKILLspamspam.....mitvma.mit.edu

with the following in the BODY of the message (the message subject
is unimportant):

   set piclist digest
   end

I've tried your suggestion and I get a "NOT SUBSCRIBED TO PICLIST"

I've tried your suggestion two days ago, but I keep receiving separate notes.

James and Juan:

You MUST send your digest-mode request from EXACTLY the same e-mail
address under which you're subscribed.  Many of us have e-mail
servers that subtly change our addresses... For example, my address
is "RemoveMEfastfwdKILLspamspamix.netcom.com", but my ISP arbitrarily stamps my outgoing
mail "fastfwdSTOPspamspamspam_OUTpopd.ix.netcom.com", "spamBeGonefastfwdSTOPspamspamEraseMEpop2.ix.netcom.com",
etc.

If you can't find a way to force your e-mail to go out with exactly
the same username as the one under which you're subscribed, Jory
Bell may be able to change your subscription format directly.  His
e-mail address is KILLspamjoryspamBeGonespammit.edu.
