'Clock rate'

I have what may be a simple problem, I wrote my first 16c84 program and am
having a slight problem with it.  I am simply trying to turn on lights in
a specific order at PORTB, I am using an RC osscilator and if the
frequency is too low it seems to reset(?) in the middle of my loop.  I
have simulated the program and it works fine, and if I use a faster clock
rate it seems to also work.  Is there a minimum clock rate?  I flipped
through the data sheets and couldn't seem to find any mention of it.

Thanks,
Joe Hoffmann

Have you disabled the Watch Dog Timer?
