I am ATTEPTING to build the com84 programmer. It doesn't seem to be working A f ew weeks (months?) ago, I read something about placing 18pf caps SOMEWHERE in th e circuit. Could somebody please help me.... thanks. Duncan.

Could somebody please help me.... If you are using the David Tait Programmer the solution is not placing a 18pf cap. You must place a Darlington Solution instead of analog switch.
