I got it so long ago I no longer remember where it came from.  You might
want to try a web search for it.  Note that HiTech's C compiler product
includes an assembler called "ASPIC" but that has no relation to the
ASPIC assembler I use.

I just purchased a PIC programmer from ITU and it came with a copy of it. If
is is share ware I can send you a copy of it.
