Post by thread:5x 17C43/44 OTP WANTED

To all piclisters, Is there anyone, particularly, but not limited to, Australia who can sell me a small number of 17C43 or 17C44 OTP DIP parts or tell me were I might obtain them? I need only a small number to test if I am enabling the code protection properly. I cannot test this with the JW parts as the code protection is uneraseable and the 17C42 is no good to me as it doesn't have the third mode select bit and this is the one I want to test. So, I only need about 5 of the devils and would dearly love to avoid the cost and lead time involved in the minimum tube quantity orders. I would appreciate some help as I have everything else working. Any offers of assistance of any sort would be appreciated greatly and of course I will meet any costs involved.
