Dear piclisters,

Does anyone have a full collection of TESTED 16 bit (unsigned) math
routines?
I am looking for:

16bit add
16bit subtract
16bit*16bit multiply (32bit result)
32bit/16 bit divide (16bit quotient+16bit remainder)
plus maybe:
16bit/8bit divide

Microchip has some math macros, but I know they are buggy.

Thanks,
Mark Langezaal

the webpage of mike predko, http://www.myke.com/picmicro/16bit.htm contains some 16 bit operations which seem to fit the bill. I cannot vouch for them personally since I'm only just starting out.

The Microchip math routines work fine. I have used them in several projects
without problems. The routines on the CDs and on the Web site are not the
same as were originally released years ago. The old routines had bugs ( or
so I was told) but I know of no bugs with the current math routines in the
ap notes.

Mark,
Go to Myke Predko's web site at http://www.myke.com.  He has most if not all of
the routines you need posted there.
