Hi PICList

Does anyone know what minimum current the 16F84 Pin.4 requires available
when programming at Vpp=13(+/-1) V ?

I still can't find this spec anywhere in MChip's pdf's.

Apologies if this is a repost, have set REPRO to be sure it's getting
through.

Check the programming specs. I'm looking at DS30262B, Table 4 which gives
Ihh as 200uA maximum. The sheet also states that the programming voltage is
generated internally, and the pin is only used as a logic inputand goes on
to say "this means that MCLR does not draw any significant current". Hope
this helps.
