A club I belong to wants to invite a speaker to come to Denver.
The costs would be an airplane ticket , hotel and food.
One alternative I was considering was video-conferencing.
Ideally the speaker would be at one end and a bunch of Linux geeks on the other end.  It would be great to hold it somewhere where food and drinks were served ( for both the geeks and the presenter ).  Maybe we could arrange for several presenters from several locations.

Is there an app or a service that would make this possible ?

Thanks

Which of the commonly used apps and services have you investigated or
tried already?
