Would be nice.

I think it s perfectly OK, just the list admin send them a short info message about they are cut off, and why, and link to the piclist.com URL how to (re)subscribe.

Another idea: can the list server automatically filter out messages from autorepliers?  Detecting "Autoreply from" or some clever header analysis i do´nt know of?

No big deal if it miss some autoreplies, or ditch some messages the sender just have to think, reformulate, and resend if so is.

I would like to apologise for the e-mail that i have bounced, we have just
changed webservers are our isp didn't tell me they we going to change our
nameservers so while the worlds nameservers updated our e-mail was being
bounced back.
I Apologise profusely for the disruption i have caused.

Many Thanks

YES! And I just did. The trick is how to ban them BEFORE they "go away on
holiday and leave their mail systems in autoreply"

We're talking about the general subject - One gent used to call me voice
when there were "Flame Wars" starting so I could kick the rare abuser
off the list, maybe we need some people to call us to fix this sort of
bouncer problem - It sure seems to be a LOT more frequent than someone
getting Flamey here.

James has kicked the source of the problem, fortunately.

We just need Microchip to come out with that 7777777 Psionic PIC part so
we can look a few hours into the future...
