Yes, spamcop has proven to be very inept. You might need to change servers.

While this may not reach a lot of people as their subscriptions are
currently disabled, I have a ton of Gmail invites that I'd be happy to
hand out for people who are having some difficulty with their current
servers. Just toss me an email and I'll send it out.
