This is off topic...other than the project does have several PIC based
products in it...

Does anyone have a copy of an IEC spec called ICE(or maybe its IEC) 60947,
IEC439 No. 4 or IEC114.

Also, something referred to as "Safety Construction and Acceptance Codes for
Electrical Installations", GB50254-96 thru GB50259-96

Yes, I did look for them on the IEC website, but like most government like
sites, it was nearly impossible to locate anything there.

       IEC specs are not on their web site.  Instead, they sell t hem
(for large amounts of money).  The IEC web site (http://www.iec.ch)
lists, as I recall, dealers in each country from whom standards can be
ordered.  The last IEC standard I bought (from Document Engineering Co.
in Van Nuys, CA) cost about $1.80 per page.
       The standards are copyrighted and the copyright is strictly
enforced.
