I know this post is probably not in keeping with the spirit of the list BUT....

Can anyone point me to an 802.11n WAP which has 1 Gigabit Ethernet port PLUS 2-4 USB ports.

I'm looking at putting together an instrument network for a lab and this is what the lab co-ordinator has requested.

Thanks.

Antonio Benci.

Do you mean a computer featuring these ports? A router?

There should be plenty of devices on the market that do what you want. The following has what you asked for plus more, I noticed it because it looks interesting and price is reduced (here), I can't vouch for quality or performance...

Yep, had a look at this, was told that it was a bit of an overkill. Still looking...

For the sort of requirements you are looking for, I suspect you are only going to find items that are overkill - and how much does it cost, vs the extra time cost of you looking further ???

I have an ASUS RT-N16 that I'm pretty happy with, but I'm running dd-wrt on it and not using the (two) USB ports (yet.)  It was relatively inexpensive..
