Hello, I recently bought some stuff from Futurlec, but they never sent me an Order Confirmation nor a Shipping Confirmation e-mail. I already tried to contact them but with no luck. I sent them e-mails from 3 different accounts just to make sure they would arrive. Does anyone know if Futurlec is still alive? Anyone has bougth componets from them lately??? Thanks for any help. Hi Juan, Yes, they are still alive albeit, "half-dead". I faced the same problems you are facing. That is, place order, no reply from them, send chaser, no reply, send more chasers, someone finally reply but some parts are missing, etc. After couple of dealings with them, I suggest you email this guy, Amp (spam_OUTampTakeThisOuTfuturlec.com). He was the one who responded to all of my chasers. I just got an order of mine from them last Monday... Same thing here, sent 2 chaser emails (had to wait a couple of days before i got any reply).. all in all, took 1+ week from order to receipt of goods.. luckily they didn't mess up my order.. cheers.. with metta, Shawn Tan.

I was displeased with a recent order from Futurlec. I had placed an order and waited a long while for it to arrive. When it did not arrive I sent numerous emails inquiring as to its status. I received a response stating that two of the three items I had ordered were out of stock. The next day one of the two was in stock and I received another mail asking whether or not I would like a substitute for the last item. I replied 'no' and about a week and a half later I received my order with my third item substituted with a useless nonequivalent. :Derek Enos
