'[OT]: Cow Breed'

Anybody here remember the cow discussions of the past?  Well, here's something a
little big to go tipping:

Anybody know what breed it might be?  Suggestions have been beefalo, yak, musk
ox, and "something from Scotland."

I have a few more photos I'll post tonight (names will go from 3 through 9 if
you want to check w/o waiting).

Thanks.

Andy

I think it's either an Aberdeen Angus as suggested by Jinx, or a
Chillingham???

I asked a friend from Ireland (because he's the only one I knew with even a
halfway close connection to the "something from Scotland" comment I had).  He
gave his parents the link, and here's the reply:

"They are highland cattle which originated in Scotland. The Queen mother in
England has a herd of them at her Glamis castle.
I got this info. off my mother who had a postcard of them on the wall beside the
phone. I knew I saw them before!"

Whoda thunk you'd find them in New Jersey.  All the other cows here are from
Holland <G>

Signing back off - I only sign up to the list when I have a question any more.
Too busy!!

We are still looking for firmware and analog (power and signal) engineers.  If
you think you are qualified, please e-mail me EraseMEakunzspamtdipower.com with your
resume in Word or PDF format.  Northwest NJ is pretty and rural but still only
90 minutes from Philly or New York.
