Hello,

Any of you used transistor array having about 8 or 10 transistors in the a
package? I need the array with simple switching transistors like 2n2222,
preferably in SMD (Yes, space is the constraint). I tried googling but
couldn't fine anything above 5 transistors in a package.

Thanks,
Ismail

something like <http://www.pwrx.com/transistor.asp?catid=95>? It was one
the first page from googling on "transistor array"

Can you make do with an ULN2003A or 2803A or one of its relatives?

Hi,

Thanks for the link.. (how did I miss that!)
The 8 transistor package will do.

I saw the ULN series but I do not need the internal biasing resistors. I
just need plain transistors. May be there is one in ULN series?? I have not
looked in detail.

Thanks,
Ismail

Not that I know. But I often can use the transistors anyway, and these
ULN's are dirt cheap and very common (and I have them in stock, I prefer
not to use yet another component).

Yes, ULNs are cheap and easy to work with. However, for my application it
would not suit due to the internal biasing.

Thanks,
Ismail

ULN2001
If memory is ok no resistors just 8 transistors common emitter
