'[EE] "Normal" Ethernet - quick question'

Hi all, quick question:
Q: Do standard/normal/every day Ethernet networks use the IEEE 802.2
standards for LLC?
As far as I know, IEEE 802.11 WLANs use the IEEE 802.2, but every place I
look tells me something different about the Ethernet standards. I'm
assuming that the normal "Ethernet" that my home network is using is the
IEEE 802.3 standard. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong

everyone uses the "Ethernet 2" frame type. For other protocols other frame types may
be used
