Paul - the datasheet for these are like rocking horse droppings. I spent
months trying to get hold of one.

I finally ended up emailling a chap from Russia that I found on Google on a
post that was almost 8 years old.

Scarily enough - he was still there and still on the original email address.

I'll save you the hassle and send the datasheet to you via email :-)

Regards

Dom

Talking of "rocking horse droppings", has anyone seen a link recently for
the MTP3055E N-Channel MOSFET ?  I found it a few years ago and printed it
out.  I have found my hard copy, but have lost the soft copy I had.  IIRC,
it was hard enough to find back then.  This is very strange for a FET that
is as common as, ughm,  normal horse droppings.

Well, Google finds it in one second flat using "mtp3055e pdf" as the search.

Ha-ha !  Thanks for that.  I'll remember the "pdf" hint for future Google
searches.  I was searching for "MTP3055E datasheet" before, which is how I
usually search for datasheets.

Rgs and thanks.
Ian.

Not such a good idea.  Many datasheets don't contain the string
"datasheet".

Hi Ian,
Insert credit card now... Nah just kidding. Glad to help. We all
have those days where we can't see the datasheets for the pdf's!

But most manufacturers have a 'device page' that containts a link to the
datasheet, and also other information (availability, errata!,
application notes) that you might want to find too (especially when
looking for 18F info...).
