Hi

Do you know the LM-16151 LCD.

I am locking at the schematic of a simple but very good L-C meter build
aroud a 16C622

and a LM-16151 LCD. "Look at http://www.aade.com/lcm2binst/LC2Binst.htm"

I have seach the web for this device but nothing !!!

Can you help me to find the needed specifcation, or do you know a direct
substitute

for this LCD.

Thank for your help.

The circuit at the bottom of the page shows what looks to be
a standard 14-pin / 8-bit LCD. Try Philips/Hitachi/Sanyo for
one of their common 16x1 displays. Or if you're still unsure,
how about contacting the site author
