Setting of the temperature adjustment range

The setting of the temperature adjustment range by the temperature setting dial is done with the resistor of R5 and R6.
The setting on the side of the low temperature is done in R5. When making R5 big, the lower limit temperature rises.
The setting on the side of the high temperature is done in R6. When making R6 big, the upper limit temperature falls.
When changing the value of R5 or R6, the temperature of the opposite side rather influences. when making R6 big and lowering the upper limit temperature, a few lower limit temperatures fall. It is not necessity of the strict adjustment.

It is necessary to be careful of the temperature of the temperature sensor in the adjustment. The equipment this time is separating a little installation of the exothermic part and the temperature sensor. Those temperature differences were about 20°C. Because it is, when the temperature of the exothermic part is 160°C, the temperature of the sensor part becomes about 140°C. The temperature of this rank is the limit.



Thermometry


As a result of the thermometry, I found that the exothermic part temperature change is big. The change is ±20°C or ±30°C. I think of this phenomenon mainly according to the following two factors.

Because there is a time difference in the change of the exothermic part temperature and the sensor part temperature.
The installation of the exothermic part and the temperature sensor is separated. Already, the exothermic part becomes hotter than the setting temperature even if it detects to have become the setting temperature with the sensor and it stops the supply of electric power to the exothermic part. Therefore, the temperature of the exothermic part has changed mainly.
Because thermal capacity of the exothermic part is big.
When moving the material which has the weight (the one which has the mass), even if it tries to stop, it isn't stopped immediately. Like it, even if it stops the heating of the material with big thermal capacity, the temperature rise doesn't stop immediately. Also, it doesn't get cold readily.
The exothermic part this time is composed of the aluminum square lumber, the porcelain pipe and the brass stick. Because it is, the thermal capacity is big.

The measure is "It uses the temperature sensor which can be used at high temperature.", "It makes thermal capacity of the exothermic part small.".
Because both can not be realized this time, there is not a measure. The equipment this time rather fails?
